❝ Users encountered friction in completing tasks, which led to frustration, decrease satisfaction, and lower engagement

Waypoints Define the Experience

In passenger transport systems, time reliability defines the customer experience. Passengers are waiting at every stop. When buses consistently run late, customer ratings fall, complaints rise, and custromerstart choosing alternative transport. Ensuring on-time arrival at every waypoint directly protects revenue, and service reputation and increase customer retention.

Freight & Logistics

Unauthorised Stoppages

In trucking, stoppages matter more than waypoints. Every unnecessary halt increases transit time, delaying the redeployed a of truck for the next trip. By minimizing stoppages, fleets reduce transit timre which allow the same vehicle to complete more trips in a day, improving fleet utilization and overall revenue per vehicle.



Route deviations

Route deviations of a 30–40 km per trip increase fuel costs, delay deliveries, and reduce the number of trips a truck can complete in a day.

For operational managers, trip data was scattered across multiple systems — GPS logs, fuel reports, driver updates, and dispatch records.

Solution

We implemented an intelligent fleet operations system that delivered real-time tracking, route compliance monitoring, and predictive dispatch planning, driving higher utilization and increased revenue per vehicle.

We build a centratised trip management dashboard that brings th past, ogoing and upcoming events in a one view.


The dashboard consolidating trip violations and operational events, integrating live tracking, advanced analytics, and automated alerts to improve visibility and accelerate decision-making.
